Fife Council is seeking tenders from service providers to establish a framework agreement for Water Quality management to control the risk from Legionella, in compliance with the HSE Acop L8.
The contract covers approx 900 public buildings and requires service providers to carry out Risk Assessments (RA), RA reviews, routine monitoring, tank cleans, sampling and related remedial works as detailed in the Tender Documents.
Fife Council is under no obligation to award any contracts to any of the service providers who have been appointed to the framework agreement.
Fife Council anticipates concluding this framework agreement with the 3 highest scoring providers, in so far as there is a sufficient number of tenderers who satisfy the selection criteria and submit admissable tenders which meet the award criteria. Where a tenderer has been formally selected by Fife Council as a party to the framework agreement, that tenderer shall be referred to as a Service Provider.
