Description of the contract

To provide a new Family focused holistic assessment tool and process that will support a multi agency family approach to service delivery across a continuum of needs. In order to inform this work area you are required to: • Undertake a review of other ‘like ‘ LA’s family assessment tools and processes • Undertake a multi agency consultation about the current Common Assessment Framework Tool and process. • Utilise your knowledge and understanding of recent research (LGA & NFER; LARC; Graham Allen MP; Duncan Smith MP; Professor Munro’s review of child protection; Pan London Integrated Working; C4EO etc ), the Common Assessment framework , and the future direction of travel of the Government early intervention and prevention agenda, (DCLG Troubled Families and ESF DWP Families Programme). Your quote should also demonstrate your experience in; • Service and Process redesign • Consultation • Analysis of data • Working with a number of stakeholders It is anticipated that this work will complete by July 2012 however the contract date will run until September 2012.

Hertfordshire County Council utilises e-Tendering through a procurement website called Supply Hertfordshire, which is supported by BiP Solutions through Delta-esourcing. Step 2: Completing the Quote Documents To obtain and complete the quote documents you will need to go into the Response Manager area in Delta e-sourcing enter the Access Code: 824955Z72M. You will then need to download the relevant documents. Step 3: Uploading Your Completed Documents Once you have completed your quote documents you must then “upload” your completed response and supporting documents into the Tenderbox (Access Code: 824955Z72M) by 12 noon on 5th April 2012. Documents cannot be uploaded after the closing date/time. Please make sure you have submitted your completed tender and supporting documents to the correct Access Code, the Council will not be held accountable for any errors made by a tenderer in submitting your completed documents.
