Photocopiers. Photocopier maintenance services. Photocopying and offset printing equipment. Printing and related services. CWHT wishes to procure a tender pursuant to which it is envisaged that a single supplier award will be let for the provision of Multi-Functional Printing Devices for City West Housing Trust. The proposed Agreement will be in place for a period of 3 years with a possibility of a 12 month extension subject to satisfactory performance.
Under the Framework Agreement CWHT will have the option to call-off contracts with individual contractors as and when works and services are required. In addition other Social Housing Providers in the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may come into existence during the term of the Framework Agreement) will also be entitled to call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement. “Social Housing Provider“ for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes registered housing providers, local authorities, local government ALMOs and unitary authorities. A list of these can be found by visiting www.homesandcommunities.co.uk. Such Social Housing Providers will only be entitled to call off under the Framework Agreement if CWHT consents.

Applicants should note that, under the Framework Agreement, CWHT (and other Social Housing Providers) shall not be under any obligation to call-off contracts with individual contractors.
The Current estimated value of the services to be called off under the Framework Agreement is between 300,000 GBP and 400,000 GBP over the 3 year period of the Framework Agreement. However, Applicants should note that this estimated value is based on CWHT’s current anticipated requirements. This value may increase if other Social Housing Providers decide to join and call off under the Framework Agreement.

CWHT wishes to procure a tender pursuant to which it is envisaged that a single supplier award will be let for the provision of Multi-Functional Printing Devices for City West Housing Trust. The proposed Agreement will be in place for a period of 3 years with a possibility of a 12 month extension subject to satisfactory performance.
Other Social Housing Providers in the UK (both those that are in existence now and those that may be in existence in the future) will also be entitled to call-off contracts under the Framework Agreement. “Social Housing Provider” for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and ALMOs.
The combined value of the contracts that may be called off under the Framework Agreement during its 3 year term is estimated to be approximately between 300,000 GBP and 400,000 GBP. Applicants should note that this estimated value is based on CWHT’s current anticipated requirements. This value may increase if other Social Housing Providers decide to join and call off under the Framework Agreement.

In the event of a group of suppliers submitting an acceptable offer it will be necessary to provide an undertaking that each company will be jointly and severally responsible for the due performance of any contracts called off and entered into between CWHT (or another SHP) and such contractors under the framework agreement.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: The Authority will apply all the offences listed in Article 45(1) of Directive 2004/18/EC (implemented as Regulation 23(1) of the Public Contract Regulations (PCR) 2006 in the UK) and all of the professional misconducts listed at Article 45(2) of Directive 2004/18/EC (see also Regulation 23(2) in the PCR 2006) to the decision of whether a Candidate is eligible to be invited to tender.
