Our requirement is a hosted two way multi-channel messaging supplier to enable us to communicate with our customers and colleagues via Telephone call, SMS and email. This technology will be used by colleagues within Customer Relations, IS, Operations and Communications. We will need to have the ability to load files of various size to a hosted webpage (or sent securely) which can send messages by the desired method. This should include various methods of configuration such as answer machine detection, direct call transfer, broadcast message, or singular messages/emails. Detailed reporting will be required to ensure SLAs are maintained.
In addition, we need to have the ability to SMS our internal employees, set up as specific groups (which are amendable in real time) to give updates, as-well as providing an authentication service to pass secure passwords via SMS to allow employees to log onto our systems from home.
