TUOS Parking Limited is an incorporated company (Company Number 8556099) set up by the University of Sheffield with the sole purpose of undertaking all activities associated with the Durham Road car park on behalf of the University of Sheffield.
TUOSP Limited wishes to work in partnership with an innovative and customer facing contractor for the provision of a managed service for this multi storey car park.
The car park will have in total approximately 527 spaces, approximately 150 of these spaces will be pre allocated to University of Sheffield users, with an additional 100 spaces being given priority to The Sheffield Childrens Hospital for use by visitors or relations of children being treated by the hospital. These must be available between the hours of 9am to 5pm each day. In addition a small number of these may need to be made available for longer periods, possibly overnight.
