Detailed design, manufacture, supply, installation and testing of exhibition show cases. Cases will range from simple high quality cases to complex cases incorporating audio visual elements.
It is intended that the output of this Pre-Qualification process will be novated to the Fit-Out Contractor who will procure the show cases on behalf of the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to retract this arrangement and procure the case directly.
It is planned to tender for the showcase in November 2012 with installation works commencing in September 2013 with completion of the project in February 2014.

Appleyards will issue the PQQ document within 7 to 10 working days of a request to participate. Requests to participate must be recieved via email to the contact before 12:00 hrs 31.7.2012. The PQQ process which closes on 31.8.2012 will result in a short list of up to six Show Case Manufacturers who will be notified that their information and expression of interest will be passed to the Fit-Out Tenderers. As part of the Fit-Out Tender the Tenderers will seek tenders from the Show Case Manufacturers. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to be party to the selection of the Show Case manufacturer and or change this procurement strategy by procuring directly from the Show Case manufacturer. In all cases the Contacting Authorities approval will be required to appoint the Show Case manufacturer.
