- Overview
Halton Integrated Youth Support aims to commission a service to work with around 30 young people. The aim of the programme is to enhance and develop their inspection and Mystery Shopping skills, using innovative training techniques which will develop skills that produce confident influencers of future commissioning, service design and delivery. The successful supplier will have an advanced understanding of the Halton IYSS Strategy. The provider must also have organisational policies on children and adult safeguarding, equalities and diversity.
Broad Description of Service
The successful supplier will work with around 30 young people.
The aim of the programme is to enhance and develop their inspection and mystery shopping skills using innovative training techniques which will give them the skills to become confident influencers of children and young people’s services in Halton. The supplier shall ensure the participants are supported in developing an in depth understanding of commissioning and service design. This awareness will be at local and national levels. The supplier shall achieve this through providing access to a network of local institutions and recognised leaders and also shall ensure that this programme delivers a cross-cutting approach to challenging discrimination and poor access to service provision.
