The HCPC as the Authority is putting in place a Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and any future successors to these organisations) for the provision of Audio Recording, Transcription and Additional Services.

The Additional Services that form part of this framework may include, but are not limited to the provision of translation, interpretation and video recording of hearings and similar events.

The estimated total value mentioned II.1.5) is the Maximum estimated amount. The estimated value of the Framework may be between 5 000 000,00 GBP and 8 000 000,00 GBP.

The HCPC expressly reserves the right: (i) not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice; and (ii) to make whatever changes it may see fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition; and in no circumstances will the HCPC be liable for any costs incurred by the Potential Providers. If the HCPC decides to enter into a Framework Agreement with the successful Supplier, this does not mean that there is any guarantee of subsequent contracts being awarded. Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken prior to contract award is accordingly a matter solely for the commercial judgement of Potential Providers. Any orders placed under this Framework Agreement will form a separate contract under the scope of this Framework between the Supplier and the specific requesting other Contracting Authority(ies). The HCPC and other Contracting Authorities utilising the Framework reserve the right to use any electronic portal during the life of the agreement.

The value provided in Section II.1.5 is only an estimate. The HCPC cannot guarantee to Suppliers any business through this Framework Agreement.

— General Medical Council (GMC),

— General Optical Council (GOC),

— General Osteopathic Council (GOsC),

— General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC),

— Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC),

— Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC),

— Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI),

— Social Work England.
