Modernisation of Coventry”s existing corporate data network, to optimise network for UC, and replace components that are out of support or close to end-of-life.
As part of the project, the Council requires a new network design that will provide a platform which is easier to support and maintain, and optimised to enable high bandwidth.
The bandwidth is required to support the Council”s implementation of a Unified Communications solution, which will include video conferencing.
The Competitive Dialogue process is being used to procure the goods and services, as the Council is unsure of its requirements at this stage, and may need to amend aspects of the specification throughout the process due to technology and/or budget constraints.
