Eastern Region is tendering a services framework to deliver a range of commercial support services. 3 lots are proposed, with each lot focusing on a specific specialism. These are:

Lot 1: cost planning;

Lot 2: procurement; and

Lot 3: post-contract/claims management services.

All lots will cover all services however, as well as additional ad-hoc commercial services including bench marking, auditing and assurance and business case support.

The framework will be 3 years, plus the option of 2 further 1-year extensions.
