The NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership (NHS CPP) comprising the four NHS collaborative procurement hubs (NHS London Procurement Partnership, NHS Commercial Solutions, East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub and NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative) are embarking on an ambitious and innovative project to develop, award and implement a Total Cardiology Solutions framework agreement. The intention of NHS CPP is to award a Framework Agreement capable of being utilised by NHS Trusts and organisations throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. In addition NHS CPP, any of the aforementioned hubs, or any NHS Trust or organisation utilising the Framework Agreement arising from this competition reserves the right to undertake further competitions for any or all lots under the Framework Agreement. As mention elsewhere in this document the aforementioned will also reserve the right to utilise Electronic Auctions when carrying out further competitions, either as the vehicle for the further competition or as part of the further competition process.
