The value provided in Section II 1.4 is only an estimate. We cannot guarantee to successful suppliers any business through this framework agreement. Spend and volumes may vary throughout the life of the framework agreement from the anticipated levels given in this notice.
Criteria Methodology: Section A and Section B, Clinical Correspondence will be applicable to all suppliers bidding for any or all Lots.
Section A will be a series of pass/fail gateway questions and Text Based Response/Single Choice questions. Suppliers will be evaluated as a first stage and the threshold will be all gateway questions passed, subject to NHS SBS’s discretion.
Section B will be applicable to suppliers bidding for any or all Lots. Section B will be a series of pass/fail gateway questions, Text Based Response (‘scored’ or ‘not scored’), and Single Choice questions.
Clinical Correspondence will be applicable to all suppliers bidding to any lots.
Lot Specific will be applicable to suppliers bidding for Lot specific and will be a series of pass/fail gateway questions, Text Based Response (‘scored’ or ‘not scored’), and Single Choice questions.
Section A and Section B carry a combined weighting of 40 % of the total overall score.
Suppliers will be evaluated on Clinical Correspondence which will carry a weight of 10.00 %, Lot specific questions which will carry a weighting of 15 % Suppliers will also be evaluated on Lot specific pricing requirements which carry a total weighting of 35 % of the total overall score.
Threshold for award — 55 %

The framework will be for the benefit of Public sector bodies, including any statutory and other successor organisations to any of the foregoing and in addition any other commissioners (whether alone of jointly with any other organisation), providers and regulators of NHS funded (either in whole or in part) services including practice based commissioning consortia, general practice commissioning consortia, NHS England (and all sub national offices including any body obtaining new membership to NHS Shared Business Services Ltd.
