From the 1st April, the NHS Leadership Academy brings together for the first time all the national activity supporting leadership development in health and NHS funded services. The Academy will need to be a highly responsive and flexible organisation and to support this aim we are looking to procure a faculty team that are highly expert practioners, attuned to the needs of leaders in the health and public sector, embracing the the best of what we know about effective executive education.
We are seeking to work with individuals who bring a wide range of skills and experience. You may be single handed practioners, part of a small consultancy or team or working within larger consultancies or academic organsation. Specific expertise required is listed in II.1.5 above.
We will want to draw on the award flexibility as emerging requirements for the Academy become apparent. We will be looking to use practitioners for the work that is required of the Academy both to support emerging needs of the National Commissioning Board Authority (NCBA) but also to service needs that emerge from our NHS clients.
