Providers must meet certain conditions for participation including as to potential conflicts of interest and
acceptance of proposed contract terms. If appointed to the framework, providers will have to meet certain
mandatory standards including maintaining professional indemnity cover of not less than 40 000 000 GBP each and
every claim. The tender documentation contains further details.
