NHS Property Services Ltd requires 1 or more experienced service providers to deliver a gardens and soft landscaping service to its properties across England.
The scope of the service will include planned and reactive cleaning services. Please see the PQQ for more details.
All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contract shall be for a 3 year period with 2 options to extend by a further year each.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point information about the actual award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision.
