Description of the goods or services required

Compassionate Connections is an overarching project title for work undertaken by NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and NHS Health Scotland to support the implementation of the Refreshed Framework for Maternity Care in Scotland (2011) and Improving Maternal and Infant Nutrition. <<>> NHS Education for Scotland is seeking to appoint an individual(s)/organisation(s) with experience of evaluating online and virtual resources using robust qualitative and quantitative research. <<>> Working with the NHS Education project team and supported by the Practice Educators it is anticipated that the evaluation will begin in August 2013 and be completed by the end of March 2014. <<>> There is a maximum budget of £30,000 GBP, excluding VAT for this project.

Total quantity or scope of tender

There is a maximum budget of £30,000 GBP, excluding VAT for this project. Working with the NHS Education project team and supported by the Practice Educators it is anticipated that the evaluation will begin in August 2013 and be completed by the end of March 2014.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

Evaluation criteria contained within the CWQ. <<>> Public liability insurance (min £1,000,000). <<>> Proposals must take account of any requirements to comply with UK research governance regulations, including the SEHD Research Governance Framework for Health and Community Care (2006).
