ABMU is looking to implement a framework to provide the Health Board with a range of venue options for the variety of events and engagement sessions associated with innovative planning and commissioning techniques. There will be a broad set of criteria including size of venue, for example events can range from small size (ranging from approx. 10 to 50 delegates), medium size (50 to 150 delegates) and large size events (150 to 350 delegates). Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board (ABMU HB) wishes to establish a framework for the provision of conference and event services within the boundaries of the ABMU HB area.
This framework is specific to events taking place to publicise and engage on the Changing for the Better programme, including commissioning, strategic planning and service redesign initiatives of the ABMU HB by inviting delegates such as health board staff, partners in primary care, local authorities, third sector, citizen & patient organisations and service users.
Expressions of interest are invited from suitable facilities in the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board region that are committed to delivering high quality, best value and customer focused conference services.
