Description of the contract
1) The National Offenders Management Service (NOMS) is inviting prospective recipients to submit applications for 8 grant funding opportunities in the 2014/15 financial period. These are discrete projects with a maximum funding value of £930,000. The activities to be performed under this project span a number of locations within England and Wales. Further information is provided in the Descriptive Documents 2) Prospective recipients should note that these grants will be competed as separate events via the Authority’s eSourcing portal. 3) Prospective recipients wishing to participate in this grant programme of funding should submit Expressions of Interest (EoIs) indicating the relevant opportunity (ies) in accordance with the instructions in the ‘How to apply’ section below. 4) Prospective recipients may submit proposals for any number of the advertised grant opportunities but will only be eligible to submit one proposal per grant funding opportunity, in the capacity of a lead organisation. The indicative amount per grant opportunity is provided in the Instructions and Information document which is available to download with this advert. 5) Proposals should not exceed the stated amount for the respective grant opportunity and the Authority may expect to fund a number of organisations/projects from each allocation. 6) VCSE organisations are invited to bid for any sum up to the full amount advertised for each grant opportunity. The Authority may decide to award just one grant or a number of them per grant funding opportunity. 7) Further information on each funding opportunity can be downloaded in the documents
