The landscape of health care in North and North East Lincolnshire is changing and this will continue. All changes will be made in consultation with the community and other stakeholders through the Healthy Lives Healthy Futures Programme. The NEPTS provider will need to be ready to adapt and innovate in-line with health care provision.
NEPTS will be provided for non-emergency patients in accordance with guidelines set nationally and local eligibility criteria which are based on national guidance but shaped to reflect local requirements. People who request but are not eligible for the service will be made aware by the provider of other options to access transport or seek funding support.
The Provider is responsible for delivering an appropriate, dignified and safe NEPTS to patients, making sure all patients who use the service are eligible and patients are able to travel to and from the community or acute healthcare setting in a timely manner, without adverse impact on their medical condition.

— You can now access any attachments by clicking ‘Buyer Attachments’ in the ‘PQQ/ITT Details’ box.
3. Responding to the Tender:
— Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason, if declining);
— You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification;
— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT;
— There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available);
— You must then submit your reply using the ‘Submit Response’ button at the top of the page.
