Frequency:

High speed dual carriageways, visibility splays and junctions to be cut under formal traffic management conditions (e.g. lane closures) to include:
A15: North — Between junction 5 M180 and the Humber Bridge, (approximately 60 km of roadside verges, central reserves, slip lanes, strimming to fences/Armco barriers and 0,967 hectares of Visibility Splays),
A18: Mortal Ash Hill (Briggate Lodge roundabout to A1029/A18 roundabout – approx. 13,2 km),
A1077: NW orbital from M181/A18 roundabout to A1077/B1430 roundabout (approx. 7,2 km).
Major junctions, roundabouts and verges (approximately 4,49 hectares)
The specification also includes for litter picking and weed spraying.
Any extra over works requested will be at rates agreed in advance between client and Contractor but will be assumed to be at the relevant pro-rata rate where applicable.

Provide highway weed control to kerbs, channels and hard surfaced areas within the urban environment. This arrangement applies to areas of adopted highway within towns and villages of North Lincolnshire, as identified within the accompanying schedules. Owing to the limitations associated with chemical only weed control programme we will be looking to work with the provider to help deliver an “inclusive” weed control service to help manage/eradicate weed growth in highway channels, flagged footways, rear of footpaths, etc.

VI.4.3)Review procedure
In accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 the Council will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period starting from the day following the date of the award decision notification is dispatched to bidders. this period allows unsuccessful bidders to invoke the remedies within the Public Contracts Regulations before the contract is entered into.
Applicants have until midnight of the 10th day of the standstill period to do this.
