Lot 3 — Large Format Print where the framework will be awarded to the top 3 ranking tenderers for that lot and Lot 4 – News Direct Magazine (NLC only) where the framework will be awarded to the top ranking tenderer.
The deadline for tenders submissions is 12:00 on Monday 29.2.2016.
