Wales Probation Trust is seeking tenders for an Occupational Health Service to work in partnership with the Human Resources Department to promote health management and absence prevention to the 1200+ employees working in a wide variety of roles across the whole of Wales.
Bids may be submitted for a single, all 4 or a combination of the outlined lots.
The service will will ideally be delivered from your own premises although there will be a requirement to undertake home visits.
The service will comprise of the following:
— pre-employment screening (post selection, pre employment),
— sickness/absence referrals and other support,
— disability and other health risk assessments,
— general,
— monitoring requirements.
