The intention is the winning Supplier in respect of each Lot will commence transition of the services from the current provider from 7 January 2013 with a view to having a phased transition period. This may involve the gradual take up of new cases towards the latter part of the transition period. This transition period will be undertaken at the Supplier’s own costs. Further details will be required from the Supplier on their proposed transition plan which will be evaluated as part of the formal quality assessment of the tenders submitted.

Full service commencement date will be 1 April 2013. The duration of the contract is 2 years with a possible extension of a maximum period of 12 months.
