The London Borough of Hackney is prepared to accept tenders from unincorporated consortium comprising a number of economic operators on the condition that the prime contractor is clearly identified and that this economic operator will take responsibility for the completion of the work specified in the tender brief. The subcontractors would be expected to sign collateral warranties.
