Description

Sedgemoor District Council are undergoing a programme of internal improvements to its offices and invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can meet the requirements in the specification to redecorate and refurbish the council’s offices in Bridgwater.

This work will be carried out in 2 phases. Colley Lane will be phase one and is the smaller project. There is no guarantee that the contractor appointed to phase one will be awarded the contract for phase two. Phase two will consist of redecoration and flooring replacement to three floors within Bridgwater House, the first and third floors will not be included in this contract and the reception area will also be excluded from this works.
