Description
The PHE Blenheim House building has 3 floors and the building was constructed in 1995 with a limited H&S File located on site. It is office based with admin staff mainly occupying the building and comprise of NHS and PHE staff members. EMCOR manage the building. The 2nd floor office floor plate will be re-modelled to include: • To the eastern elevation, install new stud partition adjacent to the existing director’s office to form another director’s office with associated redecoration and IT/telephony. • To the western part of the building adjacent to Staircase no2, create: o The new NDTMS office to accommodate 4 new staff members from the existing Director’s office: o A new PID area for 24 NY NCRAS staff. o An 8 person room for SQAS. o Install glazed partitioning to the new PID area. o Include all associated redecoration, minor electrical adjustments to lighting, relocation of floor boxes to suit and IT/telephony for the above. • Revamp doors (numbers 02, 04 and 05) to carry out the above. • To the northern corridor, create new floor boxes to suit.
