The Dunes, Redcar will have 18 x 1 bed and 46 x 2 bed units making a total of 64 Units in number of Extra Care accommodation for older people.
The provider will work in partnership with the landlord to ensure the provision of extra care meets the needs of those eligible through the delivery of background and planned care and support available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
