The Bank seeks to appoint a contractor who will provide a quality level of operation and maintenance building services. This will ensure to maintain or reduce the level of operational risk and also drive value to allowing longer-term, more collaborative supplier relationships, with KPI-supported contracts.

It is anticipated that the contractor will provide services on-site at Threadneedle Street, Moorgate, Debden and Leeds.
