Description of the goods or services required

The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness of Glow to young people by obtaining access to online packages whose purpose is independent learning activity on the part of young people.

The main objective of this procurement will be to make available through Glow, on a 1 year licence, online self–directed activities for young people. All details are described in the attached invitation to tender.
