The National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) is an educational alternative to prosecution for certain road traffic offences and is aimed at improving driving standards through retraining in suitably identified cases, those committing an offence under certain qualifying conditions are offered an alternative to fines and points in the form of attendance at an educational course.
The Partnership requires a system which provides a web based administration back end system to the Partnership’s staff and a front end user web based interface system for Offenders and Trainers.
The Partnership is made up of Brighton and Hove City Council, East and West Sussex County Councils, Highways England (previously The Highways Agency), East and West Fire and Rescue Services and Sussex Police.
The online booking system is being purchased on behalf of West Sussex County Council and East Sussex County Council only.

This procurement will be managed electronically via the Councils e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the procurement system at: https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing
The Council has decided that the contract is not suitable for division into Lots and that the size and nature of the contract does not prevent SME’s from bidding. The Public Services (Social Value) Act is also not relevant to the provision advertised.
