Online Payment Services for Derbyshire Schools

Description

Derbyshire County Council would like to hear from organisations willing to share their views to enhance the Council’s provision of an Online Payments Solution. In particular, the Council is interested in the types of Solutions and procurement routes available.

Prior to embarking upon any possible procurement exercise, the Council needs to understand the ways in which the Solution could be supplied and as such the Council is undertaking a market awareness exercise.

This is not a commitment by the Council to undertake any future procurement.

Organisations wishing to participate in this market awareness exercise need to register on the Council’s electronic tendering system and download the documentation. This includes instructions on how to respond to the specific questions raised in the documentation.

Any potential suppliers unable to respond will not be disadvantaged as this market awareness exercise will not form part of any evaluation. Any future procurement, which may arise, will be publically advertised on Source Derbyshire; unless a suitable national/regional framework is deemed the most appropriate procurement route.

The deadline to request documentation, which is available via the Council’s Electronic Tendering System, is 11:00am on Friday 13th June 2014.
