The Open University (OU) invites vendors to submit a tender for a Credit Bureau Loan Application Solution.
The Open University has purchased a new loans application system that provides a flexible, scalable solution to enable it to cope with future growth and changes in products.
The OU is now looking to implementing an automated system to enhance our current qualification registration and loan application process. The current application process involves a great deal of manual processing and we are looking to deliver real return on investment by implementing a solution that will be able to provide consistent, real time information to students. The solution must be able to apply the companys business rules to support the underwriting and registration process. This will include 2 lots.

Justification for the choice of accelerated procedure: The procurement will be run under the accelerated restricted process due to the critical timescale required to meet changes in business requirements of moving to an online registration system and government policy of differential fees across the four nations and the need to confirm residency at the point of course start date.
