The initiative is expected to comprise the following services:

1) The design of a suite of workplace culture to align with the council’s Transformation Agenda;

2) The design of programmes to ensure that the initiative is successfully implemented and embedded within teams across the Council;

3) Establish and deliver the initiative in a project management process with trackable and measurable interdependencies. These services are extensively described within the Specification (Appendix 1). Tenderers should be aware that joint working between Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District Council in certain service areas implies there is scope for the initiative to be potentially driven to reflect this and therefore will be expected to design culture alignment strategies where relevant.
