This tender aims to create 5 separate lots over a 4 year period which provide a range of Organisational Development services for Kings College London that can be considered truly excellent, not only in the Higher Education sector, but in the OD area as a whole. The required services will be of mixed value and for varied lengths of time depending on the particular programme/project.
Kings College London is looking to work with a number of suppliers to provide programmes and workshops, individual and team coaching, strategy, organisational design and change consultancy, senior talent acquisition and executive search as well as Assessment for selection and development. Please note that there may be other areas which have not yet been defined within in this framework which may need to be included at another time, Kings reserve the right to use 1-off suppliers if needed.
Organisational Framework areas of interest:
This framework will look to include a balanced set of Organisational Development experts, within 5 lots:
1. Programmes and workshops — Designing, creating and facilitating professional development workshops and programmes which enhance skills and knowledge and embed behaviours and a high performance culture;
2. Individual and team coaching — Delivering an excellent bespoke 1:1 or team coaching intervention, accessible to a wide range of diverse staff, which enhances behaviours and drives a high performance culture. Demonstrates a high level of rigour around coaching methodology through a time-bound, outcome focused service;
3. Strategy, organisational design and change consultancy:
a) Provide consultancy advice on the organisational or business unit strategy;
b) And/or design structural and/or operational changes to help the organisation deliver its strategies, purposes and objectives;
c) Support and drive the implementation activity to implement new strategies or structural and/or operational changes;
4. Senior Talent Acquisition/Executive Search — Delivering world-class executive search;
5. Assessment for selection and development — Deliver assessment tools for effective selection and development in 1 or more of these 3 areas:
— Executive assessment;
— Blended approach analytics/competency based interviews;
— Online self-administration, selection or development tools.
