Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is conducting this tender exercise to establish a framework for an Out of Hours Emergency repairs service.
The successful contractor will be expected to attend properties as specified by BCH to provide out of hours emergency repairs as required. Properties would include (but are not limited to) social housing, supported housing and private rented homes.
The expectation of BCH is that the established framework will add value to the organisation by providing a wealth of experience in the repair and maintenance of a variety of properties.
During the course of the framework, the contractor will be expected to carry out the following:
— Out of Hours emergency repairs (including providing measurements and instruction for any repairs which need to be re-attended the following day);
— Respond to call out requests as required;
— Provide technical advice to customers out of hours;
— Monthly KPI Reporting.
