- The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) invites Quotations from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Contract for the Provision of an Outreach, Advocacy and Support Service for Women involved in Prostitution in the London Borough of Redbridge (“the Contract”).
The Contract will commence on 2nd March 2015 and subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue up to and including the 30th November 2015, (“the Contract Period”). At the sole discretion of the Authority the Contract Period may be extended in such period or periods as the Authority deems appropriate up to a maximum of twelve (12) months, providing a possible total Contract Period to midnight on 30th November 2016.
The maximum budget available for the initial 9 month period of this Contract is £52,260. If the Authority extends the Contract for any period or periods after the 30th November 2015 it is anticipated that the maximum budget available will be £69,680 pro rata with a maximum budget available for the entire Contract Period of £121,940. However, the provider will be informed of the exact budget when notified of the Authority’s decision regarding the extension. Those submitting a Quote shall be required to perform all requirements of the Contract within this maximum budget. Quotations will be judged on the quality of the submission compared to the Service Specification Any Quotations submitted above the allocated budget will not be accepted.
The aim of the Contract is to deliver Outreach, Advocacy and Support for Women involved in Prostitution in Redbridge.
Applicants shall be experienced in providing similar services and shall also be required, as part of their Quotation, to complete a Qualifying Questionnaire containing information about their economic and financial standing, technical ability and references and other general information. This information will be assessed to establish that the Applicant is financially viable and technically capable of undertaking a contract of this nature.
