The estimated value set out in section II.2.1 is indicative only and the Council reserves the right to amend this figure up or down. Requests to participate must be made by completion and return of invitation to tender documents by the date and time specified in Section IV.3.4 and in accordance with the instructions set out in the invitation to tender document that can be obtained via The Chest. Completed tender documents submitted after this deadline will not be considered. To request an invitation to tender applicants should log on to “The Chest”. The Chest is an online tendering system supporting the Councils initiatives towards electronic tendering.
You can register online via the suppliers’ area to register your interest in this project and down load all the documentation you require to submit your tender. All correspondence should be via The Chest, including requests for clarification and additional information. Guides and a frequently asked questions section are available to make The Chest as user friendly as possible and the link to the registration page is as follows.
