Oxford City Council is looking to put in place a Framework Agreement for ad-hoc or planned security requirements such as: door security supervisors, stewarding and manned guarding. The services delivered under this contract are to be provided by SIA registered experienced staff, fully trained in the services they are providing, and in accordance with: The National Security Inspectorate (NSI) guidelines, which is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Assessing Body.

The Framework Agreement will be for a 4 year term. The Council reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award at any stage of the procurement process.
