Justification for the choice of accelerated procedure: This tender is required on a fast track basis due to the urgency of the business to achieve operational efficiencies which will improve our ability to provide life saving drugs that accommodate the requirements of regulatory pressures to add track & trace, serialisation and 2D bar codes.
