NNUH have a 10 year PACS contract in place whereby its terms specifically state a requirement to market test via OJEU at the mid point of its contract term. We are looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who would be interested in supplying NNUH with a like for like provision, whilst covering all costs of system migration from the current contract and contract buyout for the remaining contract term. A new contract would only be for a 5 year term. All data migration and system sign off would need to be completed by end of June 2017, otherwise penalty clauses would be imposed.
