The Trust is specifically seeking a suitably experienced and capable provider to deliver for an external pain management service for chronic outpatients to respond positively to pain management referrals received by the Trust that exceed capacity, and therefore wishes to conduct an open procurement procedure under Regulation 27 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Award will be on a call off agreement i.e. where patient demand does not exceed Trust capacity the agreement will not be utilised.
