North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) wishes to appoint a Framework Contract for painting contractors. The Framework will be used to select suitable Suppliers to carry out painting works on behalf of NYCC and others, including members of the Yorkshire Highways Alliance. The Framework will consist of four Lots:
Lot, Financial Scope, Geographical Coverage:
1 Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Harrogate, Richmondshire, Craven and Selby;
2 Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Hambleton, Ryedale, Scarborough and York;
3 Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield;
4 Painting > 250 000-1 000 000 GBP North Yorkshire, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield and York.

The Framework will be used to select suitable Suppliers to carry out painting works on behalf of NYCC and others, including members of the Yorkshire Highways Alliance. The Framework will consist of four Lots:
Lot, Financial Scope, Geographical Coverage:
1. Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Harrogate, Richmondshire, Craven and Selby;
2. Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Hambleton, Ryedale, Scarborough and York;
3. Painting > 5 000-250 000 GBP Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield;
4. Painting > 250 000 GBP-1 000 000 GBP North Yorkshire, Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield and York.
The majority of the works are expected to take place on Alliance Members’ bridges and highway network. However there may be the requirement for related maintenance work and possible works to buildings such as commercial premises.
