The Welsh Government is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified contractor/s to provide an IT solution which supports organisations in the public sector in Wales to manage their performance individually and collaboratively when working to shared plans and outcomes. During the course of dialogue, solutions will be explored that provide for collaborative working arrangements which address the Welsh Government’s sutainability objectives. (Further information is set out in a Memorandum of Information (MoI) which is available on the etender portal- see Section VI.3 for details).

The contracting authority is seeking to let an initial 5 year contract with an option to extend, at the contracting authority’s sole discretion, for an additional period of up to 2 years (total 7 years).
The contracting authority will explore proposals (at dialogue stage) that deliver its social, economic and environmental sustainability objectives and in addition contract performance conditions may relate to social, economic and environmental considerations.
All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of bidders.
