Oxfordshire County Council are reviewing the park & ride bus service provision in Headington, Oxford. The Council have received LSTF funding and are looking to expand the range of services currently available from the Thornhill park & ride site which is to be expanded in car parking capacity.
Subsidy contracts are normally issued on a gross price basis where the Contractor retains all the on bus revenue including revenue derived from concessionary fare reimbursement from the Travel Concessionary Authority.
Full specifications of the contract will be available from the contact details given in this Notice. The contract will have different variants for a lesser or greater service level.
Contracts would be awarded for a period of 2 years from 2013 to 2015. The actual start date has yet to be agreed as the Council will be undertaking further consultation with other stakeholders in this project.
The Council reserve the right to vary any contractual terms subject to appropriate notice and to extend or bring forward contract end dates.
