Tenders may be submitted for one or more lots
Lot 1: Landore Park and Ride site to city centre.
Lot 2: Fabian Way Park and Ride site to city centre.
Lot 3: Fforestfach Park and Ride site to city centre.
All Lots include site management duties.

Estimated value excluding VAT: 4 034 000 GBP
Description of these options: The contract will run for an initial period of 4 years and include an option to be extended by up to a further 1 year.

(b) is the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding-up or administration by the courts or for an arrangement with creditors or is the subject of any other similar proceeding under national laws or regulations;
(c) has been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct by a judgement which has the force of res judicata;
(d) has been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify;
(e) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority;
(f) has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which he is established or those of the country of the contracting authority;
(g) is guilty of serious misrepresentation in supplying the information required under the provisions of the Directive on the criteria for qualitative selection.

2. Staff training and competence. Weighting 5%
3. Vehicle resources and maintenance. Weighting 10.5%
4. Supervision of staff. Weighting 1.5%
5. Passenger issues. Weighting 2.5%
6. Management reporting and performance management. Weighting 1.5%
7. Emergency and inclement weather operating procedures. Weighting 1.5%
8. Price (total daily rate). Weighting 75%

— Click on the ITT code. You can now access any attachments by clicking the “Settings and Buyer Attachments” in the “Actions” box.
3. Responding to the invitation to tender:
— You can now choose to “Reply” or “Reject” (please give a reason if rejecting).
— You can now use the “Messages” function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification.
— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
