Oxford City Council, Cherwell District Council and South Oxfordshire District Council and the Vale of the White Horse District Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced organisation for the provision of a pay by phone system for their car parking areas.
Cherwell District Council is also seeking a suitably experienced organisation to design, manage and host an online parking permit payment system.

Oxford City Council and Cherwell District Council are seeking to retender their pay by phone for vehicle parking contracts and South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of the White Horse District Council have no current system in place and may wish to use this contract. Cherwell District Council currently has no online parking payment system and is seeking a suitably experienced organisation to provide a system. With regards to the online parking payment system the other Councils may wish to use the contract at some time in the future.
West Oxfordshire District Council, Cotswold District Council and South Northamptonshire District Council may also wish to use either contract at some time in the future. This contract is also available to be used by any local authority listed on the South East Business Portal to be found at http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Dl1/Directories/Localcouncils/DG_4003647.
