Description

Efficiency East Midlands invites you to tender for the provision of Passenger Lift Installation and Refurbishment of Existing Units. The lifts will be refurbished in housing stock, sheltered schemes, communal buildings, multi storey and low storey flats, offices, shopping centres, car parks, corporate buildings including town halls, care homes and care facilities and other buildings owned and/or managed by the Contracting Authorities and the Authorised Users on whose behalf this procurement is being conducted.

The Framework will be for a maximum of 48 months and members will call-off Contracts from the Framework for a maximum of 48 months with the option for annual renewals subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
