Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract(s) to deliver Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance and Disabled Lifting Equipment Servicing, Maintenance and Installation and an out of hours emergency service. The contract will be for a period of 2 years and 9 months 16 days commencing January 2018.
The contract is split into 3 lots:
Lot 1 – Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance;
Lot 2 – Passenger Lift Repairs Framework — top three ranked contractors from Lot 1;
Lot 3 – Disabled Lifting Equipment Servicing, Maintenance and Installations;
Lot 4 – Combination of all lots.
Bidders are welcome to apply for one or all lots.

Lot 1; Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance. This service covers servicing and maintenance of Passenger Lifts and repairs under the value of 1 500 GBP. The total number of passenger lifts is 6 which are across 4 general needs block and 1 located at Cobalt’s office located at 199 Lower House Lane Liverpool. The estimated value of works placed through this lot based upon historical data equated to 8 000 GBP per annum (excluding VAT). Servicing is to be completed between the hours of 7:00 — 17:00 Monday to Friday, plus a call out and out of hour’s emergency service at all other times 365 days per year.

Repairs are required to be completed between Monday and Friday 7:00 — 17:00.
