The supply and delivery of comprehensive consumables and reagents for the ‘cellular pathology’ service for each laboratory at aforementioned 3 trusts. The trusts are interested in evaluating at ITT stage the most cost effective service that can be offered, whether that is a supply contract or a managed service contract. Future requirements for Histology equipment may also be necessary in the event of a managed service contract being awarded.

1) The Authorities do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any offer/lot and reserves the right to accept an offer/lot either in whole or in part, each item for this purpose being treated as separately. Each trust reserves the right to cancel the procurement of this service/goods at any time with no notice and no responsibility for costs incurred.
2) The Authority cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in relation to the preparation of their interest//offer and any subsequent post offer clarification.
3) Expressions of interest can be for 1 or more lots.
4) The trusts are interested in awarding the contract to the most cost effective solution based on the award criteria, therefore there is a lot for a managed service. Future equipment (not identified as yet) may be included in the event that a managed service is awarded.
5) All suppliers of goods must be open to the possibility of working with a 3rd party managed service company.
6) Lots may be awarded to more than 1 supplier.
