Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust require a planned and reactive Patient and Carer Transport Service to include the provision of an escort(s).
Whilst anticipated that the majority of service requirements will be within the North East of England area the Contractor is expected to cover England, Scotland and Wales.
Further details will be provided in the pre-qualification questionnaire and for those shortlisted within the invitation to tender.
